Great Falls Welcomes Ironman Montana!
Some Cities Host a Race. This One Was Built For It.
From its start, Great Falls was a place built for tenacious, bold people. A place for people who value hard work and a deep connection with the land. These traits make Great Falls, Montana a premiere destination for Ironman.
This Ironman Montana course will take athletes through various landscapes that truly define this location—starting with a swim in the Missouri River, a ride across the river plains and cropland up towards the mountains, with a finish back alongside the river. Here, athletes will traverse country you can’t find anywhere else.
Anyone who willingly takes on 140.6 miles in a single day is crazy—which is exactly our kind of person. Great Falls can’t wait to welcome them.
