This contemporary museum, housed inside Great Falls’ original school house, features self-taught artists. The galleries change out with new exhibitions often, however, you’ll always be able to see three amazing permanent displays: Lee Steen, Three Thousand and Counting, and Ruins I-IV. There is no admission fee, however, donations are accepted, and they have an amazing gift shop!
During Western Art Week (March 19-23) you will be able to see the following current exhibitions:
- Folktales & Fanfare: Sculpture by Janina Myronova
- Chip Clawson: Figments of the Imagination
- Rhythm & Whimsy by Richard Swanson
- Puzzled Paradise: Ceramic Chronicles by Ken Kohoutek
- Maggy Rozycki Hiltner: Installation & Superfun(d)
