A natural water fall with a trail head just off King’s Hill Scenic Byway, HWY 89. It’s about .25 miles to Memorial Falls. This place draws hikers year-round and as you can see, is picture perfect in all seasons. It’s just south of Sluice Boxes State Park, so plan to get both done while you’re in the area. This is about an hour outside of Great Falls in the Little Belt Mountains and makes a great day hike.
Incorporate a couple of historic stops on your way to and from Memorial Falls. Check out our Day Trip From Great Falls: Waterfalls and History blog.
