This course originally opened in 1953 as a 9-hole course, named the Veterans’ Memorial Golf Course, we can only assume because of its proximity to Montana Veterans’ Memorial. Today, this is a public 18-hole course with four sets of tees, covering up to 6,571 yards, depending on how you play the course. Just above from the Missouri River, this is one of two public courses in Great Falls. The other is Anaconda Hills.
