We love how the Apes of The State describe themselves in their Intro on Facebook. “Folk punk for grownup Myspace kids”. Their music is like listening to a story told by people sharing their personal life experiences. Through their music, they try to help as many people as possible, through straightforward relatable lyrics. You will hear about people’s experiences at different times in their lives: heartbreak, debt, love, overcoming addictions and regret. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
