Great Falls Montana Tourism and our community are excited for the Canadian border to reopen in November 2021! We have missed our visitors from the north and cannot wait for your return. We know there will be some extra steps our visitors will have to complete in order to travel here, and we appreciate the time you’ll take to visit The Best Dam Town in Montana.

Canadians returning to Canada from the U.S. are required to provide a negative molecular test within 72 hours of departure. Please read here for the most update to date information from the Canadian government.

Below you’ll find some locations in Great Falls, Montana and the surrounding area that offer polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing for COVID-19. This list is not all inclusive. We only included sites that we were able to verify the information below. Pharmacies have limited abilities to field questions over the phone about COVID-19 screening options.

Alluvion Health

Alluvion Health offers drive-thru PCR COVID-19 screening at the Montana ExpoPark, inside the Livestock Pavilion. Please enter Montana ExpoPark via the 6th St. NW entrance.

Testing is free for everyone.

No appointment required.

Results are delivered within 72-hours, but the lab is closed on the weekends. If you have your test taken on a Friday, you may not get results until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.
