We love the changing of the seasons as much as everyone else. In Great Falls, we’re ready to welcome the fall colors, views, and experiences. Here’s how to have a Great Falls in Great Falls, Montana…
See the Changing Colors In and Out of Town
Great Falls has 33,000 public trees. Paris Gibson, the city’s founder, believed in having trees along every boulevard. Today, we still enjoy the benefits of his legacy. Stop by Giant Springs State Park and see the changing colors this season.
Outside of town, Sluice Boxes State Park is our go to for fall foliage. With hiking trails for every level of experience, The Sluice Boxes offer plenty of ways to enjoy the fall view. You can spend a quick hour at the park or spend the day, either way you’ll come out with pictures like these:
See the Changing Colors of Beer
The leaves aren’t the only thing that change color in the fall. Local crafts and brews join in on the transition during Craft Beer Week(end), September 17th – 20th, 2020. Run a mile with some beer in your belly, compete in a golf scramble, or just enjoy the Oktoberfest style beers during the street party by Mighty Mo Brewing Co. The Celtic Cowboy will continue the Oktoberfest fun with a Keltic Oktoberfest September 28th – October 4th, 2020. More details to come!
We can’t wait for you to fall in love with Great Falls, Montana!
